SKI REGION

The ski area around Sankt Moritz consists of the areas Corviglia, Corvatch, Diavolezza and some other smaller areas. In total, there are 350 kilometers of slopes, the majority red. The altitude (between 1800 and 3300 meters) and the large number of lifts (60) ensure certainty of snow and skiing fun.

The snowboarders can retrieve their heart in Sankt Moritz. Between Marguns and Corviglia they find a snow park with quarter pipe, funbox, rails, sliders, jumps and tables. The experienced skier wait a few challenges. Thus, the Moreratschgletsjer, only suitable for the more experienced skier, just as any track on the Piz Lagaib and Olympia.

On the slopes there are several ski huts and panoramic restaurants where one can grab a bite and a drink. The Chesa Chantarella is the mountain restaurant of the Hotel Kempinski, ideal for lunch or a bottle of Veuve Clicquot. At night the restaurant is also open for dinner.

The après-ski does not much compared to Ischgl. In the center there are the Roo Bar and Secondo. La Baracca is one of the most famous après-ski bars of St Moritz, located opposite of hotel Kempinski.

SKI RENTAL & SKI PASS

Because skis can’t be transported with the Beech 1900 we provide the best ski or snowboard equipment. Hotel  Kempinski has its own ski rental shop, where our equipment is ready upon arrival. Before departure we ask any skier weight, height, shoe size and whether he/she is a beginning, average or good skier. In this way, no unnecessary time is lost.

Each skier is given a four day ski pass on arrival at the hotel.

HELISKI

Want something different, try the St Moritz Heliski! It is a 'light' version, but it is very interesting in terms of price. For about 300 euro, you are entitled to 2 drops and coached skiing. This is a weather-related trip but we'll be happy to assist you making a reservation. The price is based on a flight for 4 people. Included are 2 drops, deep-snow guided skiing with an experienced guide and rental of safety equipment. The transfer to and from the heliport is not included.
