Dates and Rates

The 'Bordersafari Sweden/Finland' and 'Expedition to the Arctic Sea' can be booked from the beginning of February. The 'Exploration of West Lapland' from mid January.

The minimum number of participants to guarantee the price is 4.

Important information regarding driving a snowmobile:

• The minimum age is 18 and each participant should be holder of a valid driver’s license. The snowmobile is insured but there will remain a personal liability of 505 euro per person per snowmobile and per accident case.  In case of an accident each participant is held liable for the possible costs for delivery of a new snowmobile.

• Finland has the same rules as Belgium regarding ‘driving under influence’, a blood-alcohol content of 0,5. In Sweden and Norway it’s even lower with 0,2. In case the organization suspects that there are persons under influence of alcohol they are allowed to take an alcohol test. They will forbid you to drive in case the result is positive and no refund will be given.

• From booking till 93 days before departure: 20% of the total
• From 92 till 46 days before departure: 30% of the total
• From 45 till 22 days before departure: 65% of the total
• From 21 till 15 days before departure: 90% of the total
• Within 15 days before departure: 100% costs
